You do not need to study thirteen itineraries before contacting me. Start with the landscape or feeling that sounds good. Each private day is then adapted to your group, the weather, the season and what is actually worth doing.

Reykjanes Peninsula

Landmannalaugar & the Highlands
Volcanic craters, turquoise lakes, Highland roads and the extraordinary colours of Landmannalaugar. Make it one very full day — or stay overnight and wake up in the Highlands.
Þórsmörk — Valley of Thor
Green valleys, black volcanic ground, glaciers and unbridged glacial rivers. Here, the road itself becomes part of the adventure.
Kerlingarfjöll & Kjölur
Drive beyond Gullfoss into Kjölur for Hveradalir, Kerlingarfjöll and Hveravellir — geothermal mountains in the centre of Iceland.
Þjórsárdalur, Háifoss & Granni

I have spent 15+ years working in Icelandic tourism and guiding thousands of visitors around the country. On a private day, I am not trying to get a bus back onto a timetable.
I can watch the weather, the road, the light and what your group is actually enjoying — then use the day intelligently.
No strangers and no waiting for a coach full of people to get back on the bus.
A comfortable private Toyota Land Cruiser for the usual 3–4 guest setup.
Stay longer when something is good. Change direction when Iceland gives us a better idea.
