My name is Bijo, and I am a seasoned tour guide, holding certifications that underscore my professionalism in the field. My passion for the outdoors has been a cornerstone of my life, allowing me to embrace the beauty of nature while cultivating a mindset centered on gratitude, wellness, and continuous personal growth. My journey has been enriched by practicing mindfulness, exploring the intricacies of marketing, and bringing innovative ideas to fruition, far from the confines of a traditional office setting.

Having spent thirteen years in Germany, my adventures have also led me to develop a profound appreciation for the United States, visiting almost annually and embracing the diversity of its landscapes. My role as a tour guide has taken me to extraordinary destinations, including over ten expeditions to Greenland, showcasing my ability to navigate and illuminate rare corners of the world.

Fluency in English and German, with aspirations to master Italian in the vibrant setting of Milan, complements my academic achievements—a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Berlin Technical University. My intermittent four-year residence in the USA was a period of exploration, odd jobs, and meaningful encounters, fostering unparalleled people skills and a reputation for crafting the most exquisite campfire cuisine in any region I visit.

As a certified life coach and first-aid responder, I integrate the healing power of nature into my practice, utilizing it as a tool for detoxifying from electrical smog, stress relief, fasting, and introspection. This holistic approach not only defines my personal ethos but also enhances the unique experiences I offer as a guide, connecting clients with the transformative power of the natural world.

All of my tours involve some degree of walking, but if you’d like a bit more activity, I’m happy to accommodate. In addition to full day or overnight trips, you can also choose a different outdoor activity according to your needs. Let me know what interests you.
